Sprint 2 · Due · 5 points
Your partner is going to tell you where you're wrong on Wednesday. Are you ready for that?
You've done a Discovery Deep Dive and an Assumption Audit. Wednesday's class is where your partner pushes back on what you think you know. This prep ensures you get maximum value from that session.
Pick the 3 assumptions from your Assumption Audit that your solution depends on most. For each one:
Write a 2-3 sentence summary of what you believe your partner's real problem is — not what they said, but what you think they actually need. This is what you'll present to your partner Wednesday to open the challenge session.
What do you specifically need your partner to confirm or deny? Don't ask "is this right?" — ask questions that could actually change your direction.
Don't over-polish this. If your assumptions feel safe and comfortable, you're not being honest enough. The point of Wednesday is to find out where you're WRONG — you can only do that if you bring real assumptions, not hedged ones.
Upload a document with all three items: your top 3 assumptions, your "Here's What I Think" statement, and your questions. Keep it concise — this is preparation, not a paper.
