There's a gap between what your partner SAID they need and what they actually need. How do you know you're not just projecting your own assumptions onto their problem? What specific evidence from your conversation tells you the difference?
Look at your Assumption Audit. Which assumption are you most confident about? Which one are you most scared might be wrong? What's the difference between confidence and evidence?
You need to learn about your partner's domain to build something valuable. What's your strategy? How will you know when you've learned enough vs. when you're avoiding the actual building? Where's the line between preparation and procrastination?
