Demo Format

• Two groups of 5 pairs — each group presents together
• 20 minutes per pair:
  • Person A: 7 min presentation → 3 min peer evaluation
  • Person B: 7 min presentation → 3 min peer evaluation
• Both partners present: you show what you built, your partner validates
• Peer evaluation completed after each person presents — ~3 min to fill out the form while the experience is fresh

Questions to Challenge Yourself With

Structure your demo however makes sense for your story. But the strongest demos tend to address these:

• Did you show who your partner is and what problem you actually discovered — not just what they told you?
• Did you reveal something about their need that they didn't say directly?
• Did you explain why you made the design decisions you made — not just what you built?
• Did you show where you were wrong and what changed as a result?
• Did you make the case for what a human brought to this that AI couldn't?

Each Pair — 20 Minutes

• Person A presents (7 min) → peers complete evaluation (3 min)
• Person B presents (7 min) → peers complete evaluation (3 min)
• Partner validates after each presentation: "Did they understand my problem?"

You solved for yourself (Sprint 1) and for someone you know (Sprint 2).

Now: an unfamiliar domain with a stakeholder you can't easily access. The gap between you and the person you're solving for gets wider.
