  • What you need to learn: What do you need to research or understand to solve this? (list 2-3 areas)
  • What "solved" looks like: Describe a concrete outcome in 4 weeks (not "I'll be better at X" but "I'll have a system that does Y")

If you chose REFRAME:

  • Original framing: What was your original challenge and how were you treating it as a willpower problem?
  • Design reframe: How are you now framing it as a design problem?
  • What you need to learn: What do you need to research or understand to solve this? (list 2-3 areas)
  • What "solved" looks like: Describe a concrete outcome in 4 weeks
