Sprint 1 · Due · Demo Preparation
Write by hand. Take a photo. Upload to Canvas.
"Draft your answer to the required demo question: 'Walk through your 5 Whys chain. At which why did you find a design opportunity?' Include: What you thought was the problem → What you discovered it actually was → How knowing yourself helped you see the difference."
Write as if you'll need to reproduce this from memory on Wednesday.
"Which optional question will you choose?
A: Rate your progress 1-10 with specific evidence. What would move you +1?
B: Describe something you tried that didn't work. What did it teach you?
Draft your answer."
Pick where you have stronger evidence.
"Sprint 1's hidden lesson: You had complete stakeholder knowledge because you ARE the stakeholder. What did that knowledge enable you to design? What would a stranger designing for you have gotten wrong?"
This previews the Human Value Statement you'll write after the demo.
"What's still weak in your demo preparation? What can you do between now and Wednesday?"
Be honest. You have 3 days to change it.
After the demo, you'll write: "What did your complete knowledge of yourself enable you to design that wouldn't have worked if designed by someone who didn't know you?" Prompt 3 starts you thinking about this.
Take a clear photo of your handwritten reflection. Make sure all text is legible.
