Solution Brief
This goes to Piranavan and the Bhutan clinicians. Write it for them, not for me. They should be able to read this in 2 minutes and understand what you built, why, and what is still missing.

What to Submit
Six parts, clearly labeled. ~450 words total.
- Who and What (~50 words). Name the person your solution is for, their role, and the specific situation. Not the general problem — the specific moment.
- What Your Solution Does (~100 words). Walk through the experience from the user's perspective. What do they see, do, and get? Describe the experience, not the tech stack.
- One Key Decision (~75 words). Name one design decision you made and why. What was the alternative you didn't choose, and what would be worse about your solution if you had?
- What's Still Unfinished (~75 words). What doesn't your solution handle yet? Be specific — name the gaps, not "it needs more work."
- Superagency (~75 words). Name one specific thing in the solution above that you built, figured out, or delivered that you could not have done without AI. Point to a specific capability, feature, or decision from your solution brief — what is it, what AI tool did you use, and what would that part look like if you had to do it entirely on your own?
Good example: "Our triage decision tree handles 14 symptom combinations. I built the branching logic using Claude to map WHO clinical protocols. Without AI, I could have handled 3-4 common scenarios in our timeframe — the other 10 would have been generic 'see a doctor' fallbacks."
Not this: "AI helped me code faster and be more productive." — This doesn't name anything specific from your solution.
- Human Value (~75 words). What would be worse about this solution if you removed your judgment, your research, and your decisions — and let AI handle everything? Point to a specific part of your solution brief above: a design choice, a constraint you navigated, a stakeholder need you understood — that required you, not AI.
Good example: "The notification system only alerts during shift changes because I learned from our user research that clinicians silence constant alerts during patient care. Claude suggested notifications every 2 hours. I overrode that because the timing decision came from understanding the actual workflow, not from the AI."
Not this: "AI can't understand humans the way I can." — This doesn't point to anything specific in your solution.
